After a long and arduous journey, my proposed design system for Southeast Technical College’s portfolio show is finally complete!

Every year, STC holds a portfolio show for Media Communication majors. This year was a bit more special than others, since it marked the 25th anniversary of this tradition. The graphic designers were tasked with creating the show’s look. From the posters, to the table tents, and the website mockups.
The big idea for my campaign was human imperfection. Here’s a quick overview:
Branding Guide

We had to use STC’s long-standing logos and color choices. Otherwise, we had complete creative freedom over all the other aspects of the show and its identity. I added a warm off-white to the colors that was more inviting than a stark #FFFFF white.

Although this project took a while, it was very engaging and extremely fun for me. Our class, along with the Digital Media Production majors, voted, and my identity got 2nd place!
My other blog posts will go more in-depth about my process behind each element.
